Get the Praise On!

Worship- real worship.. drives you immediately into the presence of God and His presence is filled with Joy. Worshiping God does not have to take place only in church.. my brother has accused me of having a crusade in my room.. lol...lol.
Having a "crusade" in ones room is definitely an awesome alternative to crying yourself to sleep or over thinking things you can't change or control.

Stressed? Depressed? Frustrated? Tired? Downcast? Tired of waiting? Tired of praying? Confused?
Have you tried praising and worshiping the King of Kings? "I don't have a good voice", "I need instruments" etc.. is not a good enough reason why you should not.. Put in a CD, use your Ipod, laptop, christian online radio stations or use your God given voice .. and get the praise on!

Praising and Worshiping turns your focus from the problems and situations in your life and focuses on the only one Who can solve the puzzle of your life.

"The RESET Button"

Got one????
Many electronics have the "reset" button and we all know when we use this button. We use them when the electronic is acting strange, stuck or  gives us any other challenge. This button takes the electronic back to the stage where it had not problems. One could equate this to a recovery disk:). This button only does not work for electronics but as humans, constantly in relationships, we can make effective use of these button.

Consider making one effect this week and the days ahead!

He came through again

In the past one week.... I have found myself talking and writing lots about trusting God. Now the funny thing is.. the exact thing i'm talking about... i'm finding hard to do.

After my post "Hmmmmmm" I decided to listen to Joyce Meyer before I went to bed and below is what she talked about.

"Patience is a fruit that develops under trials. Trusting God can release a lot of  Joy into our lifes. Humility is the basis of developing the above fruits.. we wnt trust if we are not humble because we always want to figure everything out ( that's me right there)..." holy ghost juniors".. Humility is the hardest virtue to come by. If we are not humble we will spend time trying to do God's job.We can't trust God without humility, because we will not be patient enough to wait on him. Save yourself the stress and not ask why, when and how.
Take time to enjoy your life while God is solving your problem.
Things To do while waiting

1. Pray
2. Study the word
3. Thank God for what he is doing even when you can see any change in your situation- Wake up everyday and confess positive words- Thank God that with each new day, you are closer to your destiny and breakthrough.
4. Let your words be inline with the word of God
5. Stay busy- help people around you who need help in fulfilling God's destiny in their life

 As you can see.. it was one of those evening again, another reason to be more in love with God! Like I said.... I know he has it all in control . The question now is am I humble enough to let Him have His way? Never knew that humility was tied into our trusting God and being patient. When you think about it, it really does make a difference! It take a really humble person to trust another with their day to day activities and not be Mr or Mrs Do All. Lord help me!

Hmmmmm

Today has been one of those days!
I Just feel like everything is out of place and out of my control.
Things do not look the way I thought they would.
I just want to cry myself to sleep and hope tomorrow will be a better day!

One thing I know for sure, He's got it all in control!

Dare to trust

Have you been trusting and waiting on God for;
a breakthrough?

an open door?
a solution?
a job?
a spouse?
a kid?

I can go on and on! But I'm here to remind you today, that God is working in your favour. He is cooking something up for you.. and trust me... it will BLOW YOUR MIND.

Here is a friend testimony to encourage you. 

My friend recently got admitted into the school of her dreams.. to chase her passion in Esthetics and Cosmetics. Now the road to finally getting up to follow her dreams has not been an easy one.. But I'm more than happy she finally made this decision.

To pursue her dreams, she has to quit her job and move to a new city. We all know how challenging it is to find a good paying job while school full time. I really felt for her... but one thing we always knew was that God was going to make away. She has had to start saving aggressively to be prepared for what is ahead. (We can't not shop anymore :( .. lol..)

While trying to decide if she should follow her dreams and passions, I reminded her that God has clearly open the doors and made a way for her.. that even the uncertainties would sort it self out once she steps out. Nothing is as exciting as knowing you are in the will of God or that you have a constant help and support form above.

My friend is a woman of faith.. and she launched out like no man's business:). The blessings started rolling in. First, tuition was discounted for her!!!! Secondly. she was offered a  free luxurious accomodation in her new city:) Don't we just serve a faithful GOD????

She currently for an IT solutions company, she loves her job and the people she works with. She recently told them about her career plans.... they were really happy for her.. yet super sad they were going to loose such awesome individual (She is a darling---and well recognized for that).

Last week, she got called in by her bosses to me informed that they will still want her to work for them even while she is in a new city.. if she does not mind!!!!!! Whattttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt! She loves her job, it pays well, she loves the people, it is the perfect job to combine with her studies!!!! How more can a girl be blessed!!! And why would she mind????

Ladies and gentlemennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn A FRESH NEW CONTRACT IS BEING DRAFTED FOR MY DARLING! Who said God is not faithful... Who said he is not the God of possibilites? He always makes a way when it seems like there is not way and He always does the impossible. Now my friend will be a contract staff for this company and since her job was mainly online and over the phone... she continues this as if she is still in her current office.

She is excited... but I'm even more excited cos I know she is happy and less stressed out about her move.. and most importantly, I'm happy BECAUSE GOD IS STILL IN THE BUSINESS OF DOING MIRACLES AND EXCEEDING OUR EXPECTATIONS!


So if you, for any reason stopped trusting.............. Wake upppppp! This definately woke me up.. and you can't even imagine how big my dreams are getting!

DARE TO DREAM BIG AND TRUST GOD AGAIN:)
